Back in 1870, George Dickel had a dream. He'd produce the smoothest Tennessee whisky around. So on a choice piece of land in Tullahoma, using only the pure sweet water from Cascade Spring, he began. George developed his own unique process he called cold chilling. With that know how, and the finest grains available, he perfected the way Tennessee whisky was made.
