Alcoholic beverages purchased from Jim’s Package Store online are referred to as “offsite purchases.” Online purchases are regulated by the laws of the state that receives the shipment. The states that we are able to ship to are listed in the footer of this website.

Jim’s Package Store does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21. Jim’s Package Store makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a delivery or shipment of alcoholic beverages from Jim’s Package Store is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from Jim’s Package Store is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

We provide 2 delivery options:

Store Pickup

A customer can pick up their purchase at the store. Your purchase will be will ready for pickup in one hour’s time. We will communicate to you if there is any delay in preparing the order. When you pick your order up at the store, you will be asked to present the credit card used for the purchase and your valid ID.

When you pickup your order you will be asked to present the credit card you purchased the order with and your valid ID.

Local Delivery

When we deliver your order you will be asked to present the credit card you purchased the order with and your valid ID.

We will deliver up to 5 miles from the store.

Refund Policy

No Returns: Because of the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made on this website. Please select your purchases carefully. Jim’s Package Store is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so we are happy to look at your concerns if there is a problem with your order. We do not guarantee that we will offer replacement product or refund.

Errors

The website may occasionally contain errors, including incorrect pricing, photos or descriptions, or display products that are no longer available. We reserve the right to decline and refund an order for any reason.
